Q: How do I book a safari with Kenya Wild Safaris?

A: You can book directly through our website by clicking the Book Now button on any itinerary. You can also send us your details through our custom request form, and our team will get in touch with a personalized safari plan.

A: No. We accept a deposit to confirm your reservation, with the balance payable before or upon arrival. Flexible payment options are available.

 

A: We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially during the high season (June–October & December), to secure preferred lodges and camps.

 

A: Packages usually include accommodation, meals, park entry fees, game drives, transport, and a professional driver-guide. Flights, visas, personal expenses, and tips are typically excluded unless otherwise stated.

 

A: Absolutely! We specialize in tailor-made safaris to match your travel dates, budget, group size, and preferred activities.

 

A: We use 4×4 safari Land Cruisers or safari vans with pop-up roofs for the best wildlife viewing and photography opportunities.

A: Yes, Kenya is safe for safari travelers. We only partner with trusted lodges, guides, and drivers. Our team also provides up-to-date travel advisories before your trip.

 

A: Yes. Airport pickup and drop-off are included in most of our packages.

A: Recommended vaccinations include Yellow Fever, Hepatitis A & B, and Typhoid. Malaria prophylaxis is also advised. Please consult your doctor before traveling.

 

A: Light cotton clothing, a warm jacket for cool evenings, sunscreen, insect repellent, binoculars, and a good camera. A full packing list will be shared upon booking.

 

A: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and secure online payment systems. International clients can also pay in USD, EUR, GBP, or AUD.

 

A: Cancellations made 60+ days before the safari start date may qualify for a refund minus administrative fees. Closer cancellations are subject to lodge and supplier policies. Full details are provided upon booking.
