Kenya Tanzania Safari (10 Days, 9 Nights)


Wildlife in KenyaDay 1: Arrive in Nairobi
On your arrival, you will meet and later be transferred to Namanga border town by our safari guide. Proceed to Arusha. On arrival at Arusha, you will later be transferred to have lunch at Impala Hotel and depart to Ngorongoro for dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge

Day 2: Transfer from Nairobi to Nakuru
Have a morning breakfast served at the Hotel and head to Nakuru National Park which is a haven for wildlife of all sorts. Have lunch at the Lion Hill Lodge on arrival. In the afternoon, you will go for game viewing to see warthog, waterbuck and large numbers of impala, hippos, buffalo, Rothschild giraffe, eland, the intermittent leopard and both black and white rhino. Lake Nakuru will offer you the most spectacular wildlife sights: brilliant pink flamingos as far as the eye can see, and then drive back to the Lodge. Dinner and overnight at Lion Hill Lodge

Day 4: Enroute to Masai Mara
After breakfast, depart for an attractive drive to Masai Mara, Kenya's world well-known game reserve. It forms part of the Great Mara-Serengeti ecosystem. It is home to all the big five (elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard, and the rhino). Over 95 species of mammals are found in this great reserve. Besides mammals, over 350 bird species have been recorded here and the scenic beauty is unrivalled. After lunch, have a game drive which will allow you to spot the abundant wildlife in the Park. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sarova Tented Camp or Keekorok Lodge

Day 5-6: Game drives
Two days spent in the Mara and on game drives morning and afternoon. Transfer to Mara Serena Lodge for a two night stay. You will enjoy two game drives, one in the morning and another in the afternoon. Kenya's most popular game sanctuary will give you the best opportunity of spotting the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant). You may have an optional visit to a local Masai village. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sarova Tented Camp or Keekorok Lodge

Day 7: Transfer to Serengeti
From Masai Mara, drive to Sirari border to connect to Serengeti. After crossing the border, proceed to Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. While approaching the Serengeti Serena Lodge, you will have an enroute game viewing. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Serena Lodge

Day 8: Game viewing
Have a morning and afternoon game drives at Serengeti known as one the best wildlife sanctuary in the world and for the migration of animals. Every October and November, more than a million wildebeest and zebras travel south from the northern hills to the southern plains for the short tropical rains, and then journey west and north after the long rains in April to June. The park is inhabited by more than 3 million mammals; including lion, cheetah, leopard, elephant, buffalo, gazelles, antelope, giraffe, hyena, and all of the modest animals. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge

Day 9: Transfer to Ngorongoro crater
After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On your arrival, you will have lunch and proceed to have a crater tour. You will have clear views from the rim of the crater which are impressive. The crater has become a unique conservation area where Lion, Elephant, Rhino and Buffalo roam in perfect safety. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge

Day 10: Departure
After breakfast depart to Arusha to arrive for lunch and later proceed to Nairobi by a shuttle or a charter flight. Connect your international flight back home
